    Priority Matrix

  1. Revenue-generating - Features that directly increase MRR
  2. Bug fixes - Anything affecting user experience
  3. Maintenance - Updates, security patches
  4. Nice-to-haves - Everything else
  5. Shared Code Libraries

    I extracted common functionality into shared packages:

    • Authentication module
    • Payment processing
    • Email sending
    • Analytics tracking

    Automation Is Key

    • Automated testing on every push
    • Automated deployments
    • Automated monitoring and alerts
    • Automated backup systems

    The Result
